KEYA Financial Solutions was founded to give small businesses the kind of financial clarity that larger companies take for granted — accurate books, plain-language answers, and a named accountant who knows your business.
We started KEYA after years inside accounting teams and Intuit's live expert support, where the same pattern kept showing up: owners making big decisions on numbers they didn't trust.
So we built a practice around a published close calendar, flat monthly fees, and one lead accountant per client. No ticket queues, no surprise hourly invoices, no scramble in March.
We're based in Clarksburg, Maryland and work with clients across all fifty states, including multi-state payroll and nexus questions.
